I have been using another shampoo bar that works great but it falls apart and that makes it difficult to use once you’re about halfway through one. This design is so much easier to use and I like that it’s in a holder that allows it to dry instead of getting mushy. The beeswax is a good addition, and I can tell it will greatly improve the functionality and allow you to use all of the product as opposed to losing it down the drain a piece at a time.
The formula is nice, I wish this particular one had more of a scent like the Coconut but so far it seems to be good for my hair. I do still put some conditioner on the ends, but a lot less.
I have been using shampoo and conditioner bars for quite a while now. I wasn't really loyal to a particular one. After using Swell, I am an official convert. I love the smell of santal oak. This bar shampoo gives my thin hair some body. Switched to bar soap a long time ago but this is my favorite so far, my latest discovery. They just need to work on the cap. It sticks so hard to the point where a portion of the soap is ripped from the bar as you uncap it. Otherwise, I love it!

I found the scent a bit strong not too strong not offputting but just a bit stronger than I expected it to be I expected a bit more woodsy ember but very, very pleased with everything except I think the center could be milder.
