How do I manage or cancel my trial subscription?
Sign in to your subscription portal to review your next delivery, skip an order, swap scents, change your next date or cancel future deliveries. If you can’t access your account or need help, open chat.
Does cancelling my subscription cancel an order I’ve already been charged for?
No. Cancelling your subscription stops future deliveries. An order that has already been placed needs separate help. Select your order to check cancellation or return options. If you need help here, open chat.
My trial hasn’t arrived. What should I do about my next delivery?
Open chat for delivery help. You can also review and move your next order date in your subscription portal. If the next order has already been placed, tell us in chat so we can help with that order separately.
Can I keep only Hair or only Body?
Review the products in your subscription portal. If you want to keep just one product or need help changing your selection, open chat.
How can I track my order?
Tracked orders include a tracking number in the shipping confirmation email. Some mini trials are sent without parcel tracking. If you can’t find your delivery or need help, open chat and choose “Where’s my order?”
What is your return policy?

How do I use Stem?

Where can I check the ingredients for allergies or sensitivities?
Each product page has its ingredient list. Check the formula and scent you’re choosing: Stem Hair or Stem Body. If you have questions about a listed ingredient, open chat.
Where is Stem made?
We research, develop and produce Stem in our own lab in San Diego, California.
Is Stem vegan and cruelty-free?
We do not test on animals. Stem contains beeswax in its protective shell, so it is not vegan.
Is the packaging recyclable?
Our packaging uses fiber-based materials. Follow your local recycling or composting guidelines when disposing of it.
