Return Policy: Love It or Return It

We want you to love our products. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


Eligibility & Timeframe

  • 30‑Day Window: You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email hi@swelllabs.org within 30 days of purchase to let us know you want to initiate a return.
  2. Shipping Label: Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label and instructions on sending items back.
  3. Return Address: Returns must be shipped to the address we provide in our return approval email.
  4. No Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees on eligible products.

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your product arrives defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at hi@swelllabs.org. We’ll make it right by arranging a replacement or refund.


Exchanges

For exchanges, it’s often fastest to return your original item (once accepted), then place a new order for the replacement. We’ll process the refund or credit once we receive the returned product in acceptable condition.


Refunds

  1. Approval & Notification: We’ll notify you once we’ve inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved.
  2. Refund Method: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  3. Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear. Bank/credit card processing may take additional time.
  4. Delayed Refund? If more than 15 business days pass without a refund after approval, email us at hi@swelllabs.org.
